If things continue as they are, this will be my No. 1 summer sake this year.
Usually, I analyze a lot of things when I drink sake in order to describe its taste, but with this one, the feeling of deliciousness comes before any analysis. The moment you put it in your mouth, you say, "Yum! I feel something irresistible.
In fact, I prefer it to Akabu's autumn/winter sake.
This is my tentative No. 1 summer sake at the moment. Tentative No. 2 is Mikumari, and No. 3 is Semishigure. I wonder if the ranking will change.
