The King of Noodle Sake gave us some precious alcohol 🥺. Thank you 🙇. More than 10,000 bottles were sold out immediately and it is said to be a phantom sake that is sold for a high price on the internet 😳. When I bought Kitanokatsu's Oumi before, it wasn't incorporated, but it's listed as a corporation, so it looks like it's incorporated now! It looks like the toji has changed this time! I don't have much information, but it seems the rice is Haenuki. It says it's made from fresh rice, so I'm guessing it's probably once-half-brewed. Surprisingly fruity and slightly sweet. The second half is sharp and the aftertaste is short. Good balance of sweetness and sharpness. It is a sake that is both fruity and classic. It has a melon and grape-like taste, but also a little Japanese sweets-like sweetness. It is better to drink it at room temperature than chilled. The dorayaki made with Betsukai butter and Betsukai cheese were delicious 😋. The cheese tasted great even when torn into small pieces! The dorayaki was chewy 😋😇🥳. Looking forward to the sweet potato too😆.

Hello bouken😃 Thank you very much for your appreciation 😊. About 2 years ago you asked me if there was a "Kitanokatsu Shiboritate" and I was surprised and thought you were very knowledgeable ❗I'm looking forward to opening a bottle of this year's Shiboritate!

Mr. Noodle, good evening 🌃 Thank you for the precious sake this time 🙇. I've been curious about it for a long time since I saw a blogger raving about the freshly pressed sake 😊. I was a bit defensive with a bottle but it was easy to drink and went down fast 😋.
