勉強中First day of a three-day weekend. My child is preparing for the high school entrance exam and can't go anywhere, so I have to do all the housework, work, and drink 😅.
I opened a bottle of this one 💁 that I bought at Koyama Shoten during the New Year holidays. I thought it was probably not my best category, but I gave it a try 😤 The aged aroma is wonderful and the texture is gentle and smooth. It has a strong acidity and sharpness, and is what I would call dry. I still have a lot to learn about myself, and I would like to drink more things to get back on track.
Today, my wife bought a copy of dancyu, and there was a special feature on Japanese sake. I took a shot of the Oroku.
