Shinzo Tokubetsu Junmai Shu (special junmai sake) 1gou can.
Soft rice aroma, smooth mouthfeel, juicy umami, sweetness with a strong presence behind, clean finish and lingering aftertaste, and a slight bitterness that lingers at the bottom.
The back of the bottle says it is an assemblage of junmai-shu and junmai-daiginjo brewed with Kyoto-grown sake rice (celebratory rice and gohyakumangoku rice).
And today, August 14, I'm going to Kanazawa's Daigo for a Sake Katsudo 🚄.
