Since I opened it at home, it felt tangy and gassy on my tongue, different from when I got it at the restaurant.
When we compared three different kinds at the Koshi Fair, it seemed to go in easily like water, but it was thicker, but when we opened it at home, it was different.
At the store, I thought the acidity was stronger than the neighboring Junmai Daiginjyo Harusake Kanmba.
Both were delicious, but I went for this one because of the price difference....
