This sake was brewed by three breweries in Aomori Prefecture, each exchanging their own sake rice. It is made from Mutsu Hassen's Reimei.
The mouthfeel is light and refreshing.
It is not strongly assertive, but it has sweetness and sourness.
It can be drunk without hesitation.
