The last day of our trip to visit the graves of Iwate We bought souvenirs, now all we have to do is drink! Farewell drink at the end of the trip Nanafukujin Junmai Super Dry The rice is Iwate's best rice for sake brewing, Yunokou. The aroma is slightly banana-like Super dry with a delicious flavor. The mouthfeel is gorgeous with a hint of sweetness, but the sharpness is sharp. This is good! Suitable for evening drinking Hyakuban Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake The rice is Ginotome and the yeast is Yuko no Sou. The koji is also from Iwate. Sweet and fruity The light and clean acidity whets the appetite. It is delicious with a full rice flavor. I still want to enjoy it... It's time to leave, see you next year! At Nambu Bistro Unmenosu
