Souvenir from Fukuoka where I went last month🎁. It will be Daichi's raw sake. It was a little hard on the day I opened the bottle, so I left it in the fridge for about 4 days. First, I drank it cold. The first aroma is sweet like a ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a slight astringency. I didn't feel the classic acidity of hi-ire sake, but the mild sweetness was nice. Although it is a draft sake, Daichi is best served warmed (ikan). I had it around kamikan (top warming). The nose has a sweet aroma with a slight graininess. In the mouth, it has a mild acidity and a full-bodied, mild sweetness that is slightly like millet sugar. The acidity is rising and it's nice 😋. Cold sake is good, but it tastes better warmed up 🍶. The third picture is of the main building of Asahikiku. The wife of the president's brother was at the office and we were able to hear many stories. Thank you very much😊.

Hi, Matsuchiyo-san. I'm jealous of your raw sake, as I thought heated sake was delicious in the earth! The taste has a more robust sweetness than the hi-ire, I knew it would taste better warmed up 😊.

Hi Peco 😊 I thought it was fresh but rather than being gorgeous, it was quite calm and I thought Peco would like it 😋. Maybe I should have waited until autumn 🍶. I bought 5 kinds of Asahi Kiku's raw sake including this one 😆.
