Extreme personal preference⭐️⭐️⭐️✨3.5/5
Osha label that doesn't look like Miyaganbai👌.
It's a collaboration with SENDAI pageant of light.
The bottom power of the active nigori, automatic stirring when you open it 😙 but you still get the supernatant part ✨✨.
Highly aromatic. The grapefruit-like ginjo aroma is refreshing.
At first, a shrieking gassy sensation makes you anticipate what's to follow. Fresh fruity citrus acidity and sweetness. The bitter acidity is pleasant 🥹✨✨ when the tailings are involved.
To be honest, I didn't like it on the opening day because of the grueliness in the lees, but after about the 3rd day, the grueliness in the lees is removed and it turns into a nice bitter taste👌.
The 3rd and 4th day, the creamy and fruity sweet and sour taste with a touch of gas still remains, and the lingering sweet bitterness also helps you enjoy the drink 😊✨✨.
A gem that makes me want to visit the SENDAI Pageant of Light (I've been to the Sendai Tanabata Festival) ☺️
Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Hi Natsuame 😃
I visited Sendai last December and I still regret two things: it was too early for the pageant of light ✨ and I missed out on buying this Miyaganbai that was recommended to me as delicious 😢 I wish I could just get the sake...
