Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Yoshino Yamadanishiki Classic
The tranquil sweet aroma of rice, the umami sweetness of rice that seemed to permeate the body, and the pleasantly sweet and mellow aftertaste.
I have drunk quite a bit so far, but I was intoxicated by the beautiful taste and lingering aftertaste that woke me up 😁.
