I found out about this Baiyao a while ago on a social networking site.
Fortunately, I found it here at Nino no Ie!
Kouko is one of the Chiba sake that I've been interested in recently!
I was a little disappointed that it was not as good as I expected (I won't go into details).
(I won't go into the details.) I've been drinking Ameuri and Tasake, so it lacks a little bit of impact.
(I'm sure the impression will change depending on the order in which you drink them and the combination of the others...)
But it was delicious!

The name comes from "midnight sun," a phenomenon observed in the far north. There is no boundary between day and night, and the sun does not set all night long.
