Yamazan, which I met once for a drink outside and enjoyed it.
I was hesitant to go to the distributor I checked out because it was not far away but a little difficult to get to... then I found a notice that the liquor store nearest to my house had started selling it.
I bought it that day!
The price of 1,870 yen for a pure large bottle is also great 👏.
45% polished Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume.
I removed the plastic cover and opened the crown.
The sound of opening the bottle is f a good sound ♫
There's also smoke in the bottle mouth. ☺️
Pour it into a glass and you'll see microbubbles 🫧 at the bottom.
That's what I'm talking about 👍
The top aroma is softly of apples.
It's not a honey apple, but a sour apple.
When you drink it, you will find that it is a little hard but has a beautiful sake quality. ❗️
Good sweetness with apple aroma.
The gas that has melted into the wine makes it pop in the mouth.
After enjoying the acidity with a sense of freshness
It finishes with a rather pronounced bitterness.
The impression is similar to that of a dry cider
The balance is just right for drinking as a food wine.
I was thinking of drinking it with soup stock with oden, but then I decided that this beautiful sake is better served as it is and enjoyed it cold 😊.

Good morning, ymdaz 😃!
We drank Yamamie Nishiki from Yamazan over the weekend and it was so good 😋I'm interested in this one too 🤗The dry cider sounds delicious!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Yamazan, here it comes: ‼️
I don't mean to tell Mr. J&N, who loves Tochigi, but there are so many delicious brands in Nagano, such as Shinshu Kamerei, Sogape, Genmai, Mikotsuru, Shinanotsuru, Jindo, Yamasan... it's amazing 🫢.
