Collaboration sake with restaurant "NOBU".
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads, but soon you feel the alcohol like a dry sake. However, it quickly disappears and leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
I can see why this might be an excellent food sake!
It seems to go well with any menu.
