Children's Day! For me, with my low mental age, it will always be my day💦. Waves of tiled roofs and waves of clouds, the very lyrics of the song were perfect for this sunny day. It was the last day of this year's GW, so we invited some friends from the neighborhood and had a drink at their house from early in the morning. My wife made tempura from wild vegetables that we received from other people, so we held a tempura festival at Lal's house! This is one of Kanbai's test brews. I think it was a challenge to brew a drinkable low-alcohol sake without watering it down. The top-tasting aroma is softly fruity. The mouthfeel is light, sweet and acidic, with ample umami. The acid bitterness of the sharpness is also light and refreshing, but you do not feel that the taste is thin. It is an exquisite wine that does not leave anything to be desired. The tempura was fried, but my appetite got the better of me and I don't have any pictures. I don't have any photos because my appetite got the better of me. Thank you very much for the meal!

Hi Colonel Lal 😃. I think it's great in a way that you can have the feeling of a child forever 🥹. On Children's Day 🎏, we had a Tempura Festival with Kanmei 🍶‼️ this one is firmly in adult tastes 🤗. No need for a picture, just remember it in your stomach👍

Hello J & N 😁. I'm glad to hear you say so, but I'm not sure why it's so embarrassing 😭. Tempura dipped in a jab of dipping sauce with lots of grated daikon. It was the best 🤘.

Good evening, Sashiu-san 😁. I'll have tempura ready for the next time Sashiu-san comes over. ❤️ Light and satisfying, two seemingly contradictory elements that are perfectly matched👍
