DenshuMicro bubble

For the record
It's called microbubbles.
It's spark bubbles✨
If you zoom in on the label
It's a lineup of black-lettered tasake.
Strongly carbonated or bubbly?
If you pour it hard enough, it's full of bubbles...
But it's still highly carbonated when you put it in your mouth...
As for me
I don't like it very much.
So
Shake the whole bottle
and start drinking it after it is uncarbonated.
The strong carbonation is gone.
Just the right amount of carbonation!
Fruity aroma
Slightly sweet, refreshing acidity
Moderate bitterness with umami
Enjoyed the image of rice wine
If you want to enjoy it with strong carbonation
As an aperitif rather than a mid-meal drink
I think it is better to drink it alone.
Romaji Tasake as a side dish
Spark sake with a side of Romaji Tasake ✨
Hiyashi Tomato Salted Horumon
Katsuo no tataki (bonito tataki)

Good evening, Tsuji-san 😃.
Intimidating to line up the rice wine in black letters 😨.
Not micro but the exact opposite spark 😅.
It's quite a tough sake😇.
But the idea of "micro carbonated if shaken" is genius 🤣.

Good evening, Hiro-san.
I'm not a fan of sparkling.
Micro = slightly carbonated
I bought it because I thought...
It was a quick and easy way to
I found it to my liking.

Good morning, Tsuji-san 😃!
I know this one is very hard to carbonate 😅Hiro you are right, shaking it to remove the carbonation is a good idea 👍We bought a sparkling one but it was no sizzling 🤔.
