bouken
Purchased at an event in Harukas.
It has a smooth taste but a gentle sweetness. It is a classic honjozo sake, but it can be drunk cold as well.
I would like to try it at various temperatures.
The brewer said it is not a sake to be savored, but I think it is a delicious sake to be savored 🤔.
I wonder if it's a label that's been used for a long time, though there are stickers on the top here and there on the label.
I peeled it off and it didn't say anything😅.
It tastes better at room temperature when it's sweet like brown sugar.
It's fruity for a moment.
I can drink it cold or at room temperature without heating it up.
It's been about 12 days since I opened it, but it has a lactobacillus-like nuance.
