Miyakamai Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Shinshu Nama Shuzake
There is a delicious nigorin pick in the Sake-no-wa Review.
For my nigorin pick, I will start with orikarami.
I will drink it cold.
When I poured it into a glass, fine bubbles floated from the bottom and made the origori dance.
The color is a slightly cloudy white, with a slightly larger oriki floating in the air.
The top aroma is like Aquarius and alu aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly gassy with a slight effervescence.
When it is first served in the refrigerator, you can feel the gas and taste the fresh green apple-like acidity and bitterness. As the temperature rises a little, it becomes sweet and fruity like muscat.
After swallowing, the aroma of koji spreads moderately and the flavor spreads, finishing with a slightly bitter bitterness from the creaminess.
This was my first Miyakanbai, and it was delicious 😋.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
