Sake 🍶 given to me by someone who has been very kind to me. New Year🧧The first drink is here 💁♂️ and with the first Osechi I bought 😁.
Let's get right to it. The aroma is mellow and has a hint of ginjo. When you put it in your mouth, it is more light and dry than you expect. As you drink it, the acidity and umami of the rice spread out and it has a nice sharpness. It would go well with oshibushi.
Now, let's try it with Oshibushi. The unique fatty flavor and flavor of the blue fish in the Sanriku mackerel and turnip sushi further enhances the sake's goodness. It also goes well with roast beef and Matsumae pickles😍It's an excellent food sake 🎵Delicious🤤Happy new year 😌.
