Around the time that Craft Sake Week was being held in Guiloppon, there was also a grand sake event in Possalo. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say that this was the main event of the trip. Its name is the Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival. It is a large gathering of sake breweries in Hokkaido. The person who served us was a dispatched staff member, and there was no one who looked like a sake brewer. The first Goho sake was not cold. I would like to see improvement in this area. Beer is better because of the nice weather. So, zangi and beer 🍺 were my lunch. Gyoja garlic was also delicious. I learned how to pour a good beer, had some whisky from Yoichi distillery, and had some ramen from Sumire, so I was satisfied. I will be the King of Noodles and Sake! I was surprised to see that there were two "Noodle and Sake Kings" in the group. I wonder if the fake one made it on the plane?

Good evening, kino. I think the King of Fake Noodles and Sake enjoyed it the most 😄 I laughed when he said "My stomach is not good enough" on the 3rd day. I guess that's true 😆.
