This is the first time for me to visit Okura.
Well, no matter how much I drink, I will never be able to complete the collection.
I wanted a low-alcohol sake, so I asked the waiter to select a crispy sake for me.
It was a choice from among the three types she had selected for me. It was simply because I had never had it before. And I was drawn to the price of 2,750 yen per square.
The opening of the bottle was a little sizzling, but it was mild. It is a beautiful first impression with no coloration. And the aroma was also subdued and mature.
In the mouth, the first sensation was watery and unsatisfying, but it was soon followed by a thin sweetness and then a bitterness in the middle part. The final stage is spicy.
It is a very strong sake, but thanks to the low alcohol content, it is easy to enjoy.
It is also a very good sake for this time of the year, as it has no habits, and is very cost-effective as a food sake.
The liquor store's advice is almost never off the mark. I am very impressed.
