Koei Chrysanthemum Anastasia Green 100% Saganohana Polishing ratio: -%. Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat 4/20, opened 5/8 I like the fact that the detailed data is unknown. Finally met Koei Kiku😍! Anastasia green. It seems to be named after "Anastasia Green," the name of a European female chrysanthemum variety that is as spectacular as fireworks, named after the Greek word "Anastasia," which means "resurrected woman. After opening the bottle, it smells fresh and crisp, like muscatel and ruby grapefruit. When I pour it into a glass, it is slightly effervescent 🫧It has a nice sweetness in the mouth, like a Shine Muscat or clear green apple, with just the right amount of spiciness and astringency that I feel with white wine 🤣It is delicious 🥰I can see why everyone is raving about it 👍. I still have two more bottles of different Koei Kiku, I hope I can come across it again... Yum! Golden week was a black week 😭 busy at work💦. I felt like I went there after reading your travel, outings and sake repots! I felt like I drank 🤣. Nope! I was jealous😅.
