Drinking out yesterday, continued
My friend wanted something spicy, so we went to a local Houou Mita, Tsurugi ⚔️
I've had many Hououmida, but this was my first time to drink it.
Hououmida is known for its floral and juicy image, but this one is as dry as the label!
It has a strong willpower on the palate, and like ⚔️, it has an excellent sharpness! It is very crisp and the atmosphere has changed completely since then 🤔.
My companion, who likes sake but doesn't understand the details, enjoyed it while appreciating the differences 😋.

Houou Mita's sword is delicious 😋.
It has the mellowness of Mita, but with a nice sharpness 👍.
It was fun to drink with your friends and learn about their respective sake tastes. ☺️♪

This is the first time I've had this one, and it's very light and dry with a touch of Mida 🤔.
It seems to be good with anything.
I hope today's sake will remain in my friend's memory 😆.

This one is a different type of Bida 🤔I guess you could say it's a quality and robust sake.
It's a strong sake with a solid core without being overdressed 🍶 and it tastes great too 😋.
