My personal favorite brewery, the
Kochi is a sake made by Takagi Shuzo.
Originally, there was a manufacturing problem.
It was born out of a trigger.
I hear.
It uses CEL24.
It is quite sweet and fruity.
A lot of light and dry Tosa Sake.
It's a unique one inside.
