Today I went shopping at a liquor store in the next station area that I recently discovered. Again, I was treated courteously and bought 5 bottles. I am looking forward to drinking them now. Well, today I opened the last bottle I bought before. This sake is made from "Kame-no-o" and brewed with a special brewing method that was used at the time of Tate-no-kawa Shuzo's founding: filling the bottle with pumped water (reducing the percentage of water used during the brewing process). The mouthfeel is clear. In the mouth, the mild sweetness, bitterness, and aroma are very much like sake. After that, a soft spiciness spreads to the throat. It is very easy to drink as it is basically smooth. The sweetness of the sake seems to increase as the temperature gradually drops to room temperature from its perfectly chilled state. And today, I had takoyaki at home for the first time in a while. It is soy sauce based and no sauce. It is as delicious as ever.

Good morning, ma-ki-, good morning ^ ^. Please excuse my comment. Your takoyaki is cooked well👍. The smooth drinking cup seems to go well with takoyaki ✨. I want to eat takoyaki now 😁.

Thank you for your comment, Manta. We let the dough rest for a day to make our takoyaki with more broth and a tender inside and a crunchy outside, lol. I sometimes want to bake takoyaki at home! I hope you give it a try too 😃.

Good morning ma-ki-san 😃 I let the dough rest for a day 😳⁉️ is so authentic 🤣I haven't used my octopus grill for a while 😅I think the soy sauce based octopus grill would go well with sake 😌.

Thank you for your comment, Rafa papa. The night before, I was so fired up to make the dough that I thought, "Tomorrow is takoyaki" (lol). Yes, that's right. Takoyaki at my house is designed to be a snack, so we start making it in the afternoon and eat it little by little.
