Wild vegetables brought back from back home. The Japanese butterbur was cooked by my mother-in-law and served as kinpira. Bracken is with mayonnaise. Udo was mixed with sesame mayonnaise dressing. Bamboo shoots were stir-fried with pork belly and Chinese spicy sauce. The sake was made with Tenranzan Honjozo Nama Sake. Smooth and easy to drink. The sake we bought at the sake brewery's direct sale during the early part of the GW season has been consumed in this bottle. We enjoyed it very much.
