Last night I had the first glass of #Tenranzan Jusui Shuzukumeshi Junmai Sake from #Igarashi Shuzo in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, served cold and the rest hot.
The current mainstream sake is brewed with a ratio of 10 rice to 12 water, but this sake is brewed with the same ratio of rice and water. I found that this sake has a richer flavor.
When heated, it tastes like "hot rice juice" and is very rich. It also has a dry and crisp taste. It was also good with sashimi.
I'll buy it again at the direct sales place.
