This is my favorite local product. The production is small, and "too good to drink" has been triggered, so I never had a chance to open the bottle.
This time, since we were able to obtain the same bottle, we can enjoy it with an open mind. Since we already have a bottle of Rokuho sake, I can't stop grinning every time I open and close the fridge.
When I open the bottle, I immediately feel a rush of excitement. Don't be in a hurry. I calm my mind and take a sip. It's delicious!
Is it calpis? It tastes like a lactic acid drink. It is refreshing, but it is also very smooth and full of the flavor of Yamadanishiki. The fizziness is also good.
I think the last time I had this was with Mitoyo brewery 🤔The only difference is whether it was made in a tank or a wooden vat, but it is very different. If you want to enjoy it lightly on a normal weekend, this is the one for you. I don't know when to drink the Rokuhojo that is on standby in the fridge, it's too special!
