Wawawa深山桜 純米吟醸 6BY 生原酒 美山錦
おっ
waah waah! (crying)
Smells like diluted Fujiya Nectar. Oriented. Slightly effervescent. Slightly sweet, with a fruity acidity that makes you salivate. A little bitterness at the end. Very tasty.
I posted the same sake of R5BY in April 2012, and I still like it. I love it.
Picture 3 shows ramen noodles with clams steamed in Miyamazakura. The sake enhances the clam and the clam enhances the ramen. Winner.
Sake breweries, ramen, and sweets in Saku are now collaborating. ~2/11. until tomorrow.
Purchased at a liquor store in Matsumoto in January. r6/12 Manufactured.
The brewery caught fire last year on 12/23. Even if it could reopen, it seems to take more than 2 years.
When I go to Saku for ramen, I always see the burnt ruins of the brewery because it is located along the road I always pass by.
Due to a combination of factors that moved me as described above, I ended up transferring the money to the support fund account opened by the Nagano Sake Brewers Association. I know it will be very difficult to get the building and equipment ready again, but I am supporting them in my small way.

Good morning, old man 😃.
Wawa Wawa! I happened to drink it on a Nagano sake trip the year before last and was impressed with its mega deliciousness 😋 The news of the fire at the end of last year was a surprise, but we would like to support you as well.

Dear Jay & Nobby
Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for your support. I hear that sake breweries are really having a hard time. But from a consumer's point of view, I really hope that they will revive their business. As long as there is money.
