This is delicious 💖.
It has a delicious sweetness, of course.
I can feel the fruitiness and the third taste like rice soup stock 😳.
I can feel it 😳
Furthermore, it has the freshness of nama-shu and the richness of hara-shu 🥴.
It was squeezed in the first spring of this year and matured for 210 days below zero...
What happened to the sake during that time⁉️?
I'm sure I'll be drinking it again next year 🕺✨
