It is a slightly sparkling sake, but it tastes better after a little time than when it is freshly opened. The bubbles are gone, though.

I also recently purchased this sake for the first time at Koshi.
I am keeping it in the fridge for now.
I see, I will let it sit for a bit after enjoying the fuming at the opening of the bottle.
