This is my first visit to Mizushin Shouten at Kumegawa Station since the store was moved. The manager is also a good talker and informative! Speaking of stores with good communication, I personally have visited Ozaki Shoten in Higashiyamato, Takahashi Yosyo Shoten in Maebashi, and Hosono Shoten in Ageo, but I think this is a great store as well. I will be back again!
Ahhhh...this is it...this is exactly what I want in my sake. It is the ideal flavor. The alcohol smell is similar to that of bananas with a hint of sweetness.
When you drink it, you will think it is sweet even though it is not (this is what goes well with food!). Exquisite nuances of acidity and bitterness that remind one of citrus fruits.
It is a little dry, almost mid-palate, refreshing, and refreshing, but it has a rich and mellow taste, and the price of 1,375 yen for a 720ml bottle is a real gem, which can cause confusion in the brain. It's super tasty in a different direction from the Hakusyu from the first section. I will definitely buy it again next year. I mean, I'll buy another bottle if it's on sale. It was an impressive bottle.
