I bought this at 🐸 Izakaya, which I usually visit when I go to Yamagata Prefecture 😀 It is a brand limited to retailers. I drank Kato Jun-Dai before, so I chose Jun-Gin this time 🫡.
The aroma is mild 😊The taste is elegant, dry and refreshing on the palate😊It is a versatile sake that can be easily matched with meals 👍I think it is right to drink it chilled at this time of the year 😘.
The fourth one is tenzaru for lunch today 😍Soba heaven in Shinshu👼🤩✨.
