This junmai sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, and is purposely brewed at a low white rice polishing.
While retaining the flavor of the rice, it also has the sharpness typical of Yamada.
Tastes like melon the moment you drink it. Then you feel alcohol.
The feeling of drinking sake is strong.
