Dry and light. It has umami and a little acidity. When drunk cold, the acidity is enhanced and it is delicious.

No gasiness or ginjo aroma.
No ginjo aroma is better suited to the smell of dried fish 👍.
I want to keep this kind of sake on hand.
The pop-up said that the sake rice used was from a designated production area. But I can't remember where it came from😅.
