soumacho
Last month, when I found it at a liquor store, I was so confused that I bought Yamama and left the store without buying it, but I couldn't resist and came back to the store an hour later and bought it.
I couldn't resist and came back an hour later and bought it 😅.

100% Dewa Sanzan produced in Yamagata Prefecture
I haven't had Dewa Sanzan since AKABU 🤔 and when I checked, it was Sake Mirai so I went back to Fumotwi 💦.
I checked and it was Sake Mirai, so I had to go back to Fumotwi💦.
When the bottle was opened, it made a nice popping sound.
When you put it in your mouth, the apple-like sweetness comes from the acidity and gasiness, and it finishes with bitterness.
The bitterness of the caramel in the pudding is delicious to begin with, and in the same way, this bitterness is a nice accent to the sweetness.
The acidity also promotes appetite😋.
The entrée is a bamboo ring stuffed with gyoza bean paste.
I think it was on Kenmin Show 🤔.
Kami made it for me, it looked delicious 😊.
