Haneya Junmai Ginjo Tominokou (Nama Sake)
The aroma was full and thin like a melon, the taste was clear and sweet, and the finish was pleasantly sweet.
The most trippy feeling of the day, Haneya is the best!
This is the second consecutive year that Haneya has won the highest award at Kura Master, a sake event held in France where French people select and rank sake wines.
I was thinking that this excellent lingering taste must be appealing to French people who prefer wine 🤔.
［As we were leaving Maruko, I had a chance to chat with the waiter and asked him about the sake lineup, "The liquor store you deal with is 00 Sake Shop, right? I was told that the knowledge of a sake lover is amazing and that I should come back again 🤣.
I caught an earlier train than the last train, so I walked about 3 kilometers from the nearest station to my house.
Looking up at the sky in the darkness between the streets, I could clearly see the Winter Triangle including Orion 💫 Yeah, I was very satisfied 😆.
