Refreshing aroma. Soft watery mouthfeel with a slight sweetness. Slightly effervescent. Very tasty.
We are exploring izakayas in front of Matsumoto station. But the cost is too high, so we are trying to keep it moderate.
Izakaya in Matsumoto Uramachi. It is a small restaurant with only a counter, but the master and the regulars are easy to talk to and enjoyable. It is also nice to have curry from a popular curry shop right next door on the menu. A very nice place.
