Today, I'm going to drink a warm and cozy sake! I got it as a gift and have been keeping it in a dark place waiting for my turn to drink it🤗.
It has a graininess at room temperature. Classical medium impression. It also has a little bit of matured miso and apricot nuance, umami and richness. It has a crisp, clear acidity and a slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic of the sake's original yeast yeast yeast.
We do not have a special sake cup for heating sake, so lenching ♨️
Warmed to lukewarm, it has a soft and fluffy mouthfeel, and where was it hiding... a mild sweetness like nectar candy has emerged 🙄.
