New sake ZEROMAN is the first in the Loman series tonight!
I've heard from the liquor store that it's doing well this year ✨.
The aroma is light and muscat-like.
The aroma is light muscat, but the taste is a little different from other years. 🤔(Is it because the quality is not good enough for me? 😅)
After a little while, my tongue got used to it and I started to taste a light sweetness and the flavor settled down. 👍️
Still, it might be better to warm up the sake right after opening it, as it might have a corner.
It would be interesting to enjoy the change over time after that 😆.
Good to drink with fresh acidity while it has a rich and delicious aspect ❗(^^)d
