Kumakichi
Nigori-shu made with no added yeast (brewer's yeast) and 100% pure natural rice. [Niidashi Zensyu = melon] I imagined it on my own, but this nigorizake was full of great concentration! You can clearly see the thick cloudy white color even before mixing it, and it looks delicious, so it was one of those bottles I bought on impulse! After mixing it thoroughly from the beginning, I took a sip. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the thick rice spreading in your mouth! Does it smell like lactic acid? It smells like sweet milk, and when you put it in your mouth, the mild flavor spreads out more than the sweetness! There is no melon taste at all! More than anything, it was a cup full of rice flavor that you can enjoy! It's going to fill you up! Rice polishing ratio: 80%, Alcohol content: 16 degrees It's an aside, but the liquor stores in our town Itabashi Ward are hot. This is because from July 1 to August 31, 20210, Itabashi-ku✕ Paypay is running a campaign to support shops in the ward! Today I could get 30% cash back when I buy 5000 yen worth of Kuroryu together! It's a great way to stock up your fridge at 30% off!

Kumakichi 0426, hello 🎶Excuse my comment. I'm also a resident of Itabashi ward where Araiya is within walking distance. I'm sorry to hear that Arai-ya no longer offers paid tastings. I'm not sure if you've been to ST yet.

Dear A205X253. Thank you very much! I'm glad to hear that you are close by, because we have similar liquor stores like Kakinuma-san. I often go there, but not yet after the emergency reopening!

Kumakichi 0426-sama, hi 🎶ST is a restaurant that is open only on Sundays by Mr. Tanaka, an employee of Araiya, with a double signboard of Izakaya Nakanishi near Itabashi station. I'm also a sakelab, Tsubaki has been around since last March💦.

Dear A205X253 I'm so sad that I didn't know about ST even though it's close to Itabashi station... I wanted to go there... I'm between Jujo and Itabashi, so I might see Sakelabo or Mimasu!
