I'm getting a little tired of the acidity characteristic of summer sake today😅.
I want to drink a simple dry sake!
I was thinking that I wanted to drink a simple dry sake, and I remembered this sake which my senior mentioned as one of his favorite sake and bought it 😆😆.
It's simply delicious ❣️
Gently fragrant with the aroma of rice😍.
The moist melted rice flavor gently and gently spreads on the palate, with a subtle bitter aftertaste that is mature 😁💕.
Best when cool and cold 😋🍶.
Although the rice is 80% low-polished, it has a pleasant flavor with little clutter that is unique to Akita Sake Komachi👍.
It's definitely dry, but it's mellow and you can really taste the umami of the rice 💕.
