I was in the mood for an unusually sweet sake, so I went for a sake from Ishikawa!
The aroma smells like an energy drink like Lipovitan D!
It was drier than I expected! It has a light but tasty flavor with acidity.
I sipped it while eating sesame tofu!
It was not at all what I wanted to drink that day, but it was delicious!
