A special bottle as it has just finished a big job. When you open the bottle, it has a fresh and sweet aroma unique to nama-shu. It is irresistibly good! In the mouth, after the sweetness, it has a sharpness that makes you forget you've drunk it. It is delicious. I may be offended if I say this is a pure rice sake, but it has a delicate feel. The soaked snow greens and turnip leaves have a bitter taste that accentuates the sweetness of the sake. It's good too! After the salty bean sprout namul, it leaves a sour taste that goes down your throat, making you feel like you're eating fruit. I can't get enough of it! When paired with grilled horse mackerel with shiso leaves, it turns into a refreshing sake. It removes the smell of the fish, so you can drink and eat endlessly.
