I have always been curious about Houou Mita Mikumari😊I couldn't drink it last year, so I wanted to take my revenge!
The aroma is apple and muscat. The aroma is of apples and muscats. When you drink it, the sweetness comes through and then there is a sense of bubbles (^o^). It also has a unique bitter taste. The aftertaste from there is firm and delicious 😊It would normally be a very beautiful sake, but this one is characterized by its effervescence and bitterness, which makes it even more tasty. And the cost is great. Happy to have found such a great sake. Love Tochigi 🥰.
