Slightly rich pineapple-like aroma.
The acidity is apple-like, with a bit of refreshing sourness.
I thought it was sweet and crisp, and when I looked at the label, I saw that it was undiluted sake at 17%, but there wasn't much alcohol in it, so it had a beautiful impression.
It seems to have been designed to go well with chocolate*.
I should have asked for chocolate, too. I should have gotten a bitter chocolate.
