We tried to buy it at a corner shop of Mizumoto in Fukui Station last month because it was delicious, but the shop was sold out. The first izakaya near the station didn't carry it.
When I gave up, I found it 😃.
It was clear and tasty just like the one at the corner shop. However, I was surprised to see that it suddenly opens up when it returns to room temperature.
Well, I guess this is the end of hiyaoroshi for my family 😄.
