In addition to Okayama sake, there are some master-selected sake from outside of the prefecture on the menu!
Let's try a few of the brands that caught our attention!
Niigata Kenshin Hi Hiyoshi Oroshi!
It's a junmai ginjo, so it's light and fruity, just the way I like it!
This restaurant used to have an all-you-can-drink course, but no longer.
The dishes and appetizers prepared by the master are really delicious!
Following the seafood dish, an assortment of oden was served!
It was getting colder and colder outside, so this dish went well with sake!
A fun night in Okayama!

Ikedaya Sake Brewery is located in Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture, the birthplace of jade, which is rare in the world. The brand name "Kenshin" comes from the fact that the brewery is located along the Sengoku Kaido Road, where the Echigo warlord Uesugi Kenshin is said to have sent salt to his enemy, Takeda Shingen.
