Yoshida Kurau's summer sake.
The name suggests lightness, and the sake is exactly what you would expect from a dancing sake.
It is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 9%.
The acidity comes in softly, and it has a lightness that makes it easy to drink straight out of the bottle.
Although it was not a first sip, there is a strong gaseous taste.
I wonder if this is the kind of thing you should drink at outdoor festivals when it is cooled down to a crisp. It's a flirtatious drink.
