Sansenzori's motto is to brew a sake that is "Super Karakuchi no Sake," a sake that goes well with food and should not have more sweetness, umami, acidity, bitterness, astringency, or aroma than the food.
Sanzenzori Junmai Daiginjo
The standard of Sanzenmori. It is refreshing and has a sharp taste.
Sanzenmori Junmai Daiginjo Koshu
The aroma has an aged aroma, but the taste is surprisingly refreshing, and even the 2014 old sake has the Sanzenmori character.
It is the strongest of all the refreshing sake types, and is so refreshing that it can be drunk even if you don't like old sake.
