It's a neo-Yamadanishiki type of rice.
Polishing ratio is 70%.
At room temperature, there was a little bit of a sticking point, but when served lukewarm to hot, it became a delicious sake that could be drunk easily and mildly without any sticking points. ‼️
It's mild, but you can still taste the umami and the sharpness.
I recommend it as a friend for nabe.
It's fun to enjoy premium local sake and sometimes it's fun to experience the corporate efforts of a major sake brewery 😀.
